Four Cypriot women, Mary Pyrgos, Elena Tanou, Marlen Ines Vasquez Hadjilyra, Maria Terzi and Evi Chiotiinvited were invited to tell their stories during the event ‘Women who Launch” that was organized by the G100: Mission Million and WICCI U.P. HR Council Sustainable Businesses Council. Τhe event was under the auspices of her Excellency the High Commissioner of India Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat and the founder and #visionary Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai and the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Hosted by Cyprus University of Technology, "Women who Launch" shared research on leadership gender piety dynamics, Indias rising feminized social change and personal storties from Mary Pyrgos, Elena Tanou, Marios Giorgoudis, Marlen Ines Vasquez Hadjilyra, Maria Terzi and Evi Chioti. Formal addresswas given by  Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai, Natasa Pilides, Marina Zevedeou, Christina Economou, Dimitra Milioni. A research on the participation of women in the university was presented by Maria Kapardis
